On 24 September 2024, experts from universities and the hospitality industry came together at our Best Practice Guidebook Workshop on Food Waste Management and Responsible Seafood Sourcing. 🌍🍽️

This collaborative effort will shape educational materials for universities by incorporating valuable insights in responsible sourcing and food waste management from researchers and hoteliers.
