In Sarawak, we have a community-based conservation project called the “Corridor for Orangutans in Gunung Lesong-Ulu Sebuyau.” 🌳 This initiative aims to create a natural forest corridor between Gunung Lesong and Ulu Sebuyau national parks, ensuring safe passage and conservation for our beloved orangutans 🦧 while supporting human livelihoods in the area.
This project is proudly implemented by WWF-Malaysia with the generous support of our dedicated stakeholders and funding from WWF-Singapore. 💪
Together, we can make a difference for orangutans and the communities that share their forest home. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting journey. 🙌
