Gerald Insisted On Going Out (but Only To The Park)

Gerald was yowling till no end this morning. I was afraid that after being confined for 4 days, he’d had enough and wanted to be free again.

Even sitting with him in the room did not help. He kept yowling. So I had to take him out. I didn’t have time to take him out yesterday because we had some construction work going on in the porch.

Here we are. But I know, no cat likes being harnessed. So I gave him some freedom once we were in the middle of the park.

Go have some fun time, Gerald.

That’s not my stick, by the way. It belongs to the taiji people.

He’s happy. This is what he normally does at the park too.

Time to go home, Gerald. I put his harness back on, to be on the safe side as we needed to cross the road. I carried him to cross, but knowing how strong cats are, they can easily kick off. So I had his harness on.

Back home safely, greeted by Samantha and Akira.

No more yowling.
