I’m happy to inform everyone that Ribbon is slowly recovering. Currently, it is receiving care and rest in the park. Our veterinarian has informed us that Ribbon’s tumor has not been confirmed as benign or malignant, but if it does not recur, it can be considered benign. We hope and pray 🙏 that Ribbon will smoothly pass through this treatment period and that its future days will be filled with happiness and joy.

During this time, Ribbon is gradually regaining health under our care and medical attention. Its spirits also appear to be improving, gradually regaining its former vitality. We will continue to provide Ribbon with the best care and attention to ensure its full recovery.

Throughout this process, Ribbon’s resilience and optimistic spirit have deeply moved and inspired us. We believe that with everyone’s love and support, Ribbon will have a brighter tomorrow. We are currently seeking foster caregivers for Ribbon, and your support means a lot to us and Ribbon.

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
