Dorcas and his siblings were brought to Soi Dog for safety when they were just three months old. Their mother had given birth to them in a neighbourhood where they weren’t wanted or welcome.

After an unsteady start to life, Dorcas understandably grew into a wary boy. But that all changed when he joined his family in Switzerland at the end of 2021. It turns out all this shy boy needed was a little love and a taste of nature! 🌿❤️

Here’s what Dorcas’ family have to say about their newfound adventure buddy:

“Dorcas has been a part of our family for almost 3 years now. Not much is left of the once shy dog, who was afraid of almost everything. He became a little rascal who can’t experience enough adventures.

He loves nature, most of all the mountains and the forest. It’s nice to watch him enjoy life. He puts a smile on our faces every day, we couldn’t imagine life without him.

Thank you very much for everything you do for street animals. We hope that many more dogs and cats will get the change to have their own family.”
