Message from Hamizah

Rescued this puppy at a busy roundabout with the help from Bomba Malaysia. He was there from morning till noon, I could see him sniffing for food, but he’s probably too scared to cross due to the traffic.

I brought him to the vet to get him checked, and schedule for vaccination, named him Peanut, he is healthy 3 months old boy, still a bit scared but starting to warm up to people.

Unfortunately I can’t keep him, he will only have until 21/7 to stay at the vet, I hope that we can find a home for him, as an extra commitment to Peanut’s wellbeing, I will be covering the cost of neutering too.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
