At a first glance, Beekin may strike you as your average young cat, and you wouldn’t be wrong. Yet, there is something that makes her extraordinary.

When she was just a few months old, Beekin was in a tragic accident that left her fighting for her life. With severe burn wounds on her body, she was in a critical condition. But being the brave girl she is, she won the fight and is now one of our well-loved residents.

Sadly, the accident did leave her with permanent scars, including a chronic wound that she still receives medical care for. With an ongoing medical condition, Beekin will struggle to find a home of her own, but thankfully – that’s how sponsorship helps.
