Last week, we held a lotion-making workshop with guests of Club Med Cherating. (English caption below) 上个星期三，我们在 Club Med Cherating 成功的举行一个关于环保主题的活动。

我们给予游客解说关于河龟，塑料污染和海洋废弃物。我们也带了几只小河龟幼崽以便能让他们看到和触摸到我们的河龟！更多的人也参与了我们得手工做乳液活动！通过做乳液的活动我们想要让他们意识到要减少使用塑料物品。

最后，他们可以把自己做的乳液给带回家。他们也非常的开心。我们希望这一次的活动能让他们迈向 #zerowaste 的第一步，因此他们就能采取行动做出改变。

Last Wednesday, we held our fifth awareness programme with guests of Club Med Cherating.

As usual, we give a briefing about turtles, plastic pollution and marine debris. We also brought a few terrapin hatchlings for guests to see them up-close. Approximately 30 guests participated in our DIY lotion-making workshop. By hosting this lotion-making workshop, we hope to spread awareness on the importance of reducing our plastic consumption.

Club Med guests were happy to take home the lotion they’ve made themselves. We hope that this workshop will spark their #zerowaste journey!

Turtle Conservation Society

The Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia was established in October 2011. The aim of the society is to bring about the recovery of depleted wild populations of turtles, with particular reference to freshwater turtles, in Malaysia through partnerships with like-minded organizations, individuals and local communities as well as through its own programs.
