Adoption conditions :
1. Agrees to vaccinate Philip regularly and brings him to vet when sick/injured.
2. Must NOT keep Philip inside cage. Must allow him to roam freely.
3. All existing cats at home must be neutered/spayed. This is to promote a harmonious long-term relationship amongst all the cats in the same household.
