This is Wani Muthiah and I have to say this. There are a few people creating a ruckus over the post asking help for a veterinary clinic. There are 6 dogs boarded there and the environment is not good for them. There are a couple of people really worked up that I have asked help to clear up the place. Brings to mind two incidents revolving around the the late-Petri Martinen. The first time the place was worst than what we see of the clinic – we highlighted it and removed some dogs. There were countless people making their way to his house with pails, mops and detergent. Now, this poor Ah Beng is in trouble and people are braying for his blood instead. Just so you know – whatever that needs to be pursued can be done later. WHat is needed now is for people, who are willing to call Nicks, and help her to do some cleaning so that when six pet owners come back from their holidays, they won’t be getting dead dogs. Call Nicks at +60 12-321 1174 if you want to save the dogs’ lives. No need to call or get hot over the collar if you feel that you do not want to help. Want to take action – please make your respective reports or whatever you want to.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
