INITIAL PROGNOSIS

She is on drips. Her temperature is at the lower side 37.7 and this could be due to the pain and shock – as there is an open wound, inside like a cauliflower mass at the vulva region, so far no maggots seen. Furthermore, she has a mammary gland growth too. Given antibitoics, pain meds and anti-inflammation drugs too. If the blood test is alright she will be scheduled sedated for a spinal x ray and biopsy the the cauliflower stucture ar the vulva region. In the meantime, we also have to monitor urination, as the inflammation at the region, might constrict the urethral orifice.
