Arandy came to us in October 2020 after being hit by a car. We don’t know how long he was left to languish after the accident, but judging by the muscle wastage in his injured leg, it was quite some time 😞

Despite the sheer pain he must have been in, Arandy made the best out of his bad situation. By the time help arrived, he’d already taught himself to walk on three legs, showing us from the very start what a smart and resilient boy he is. On arrival at the shelter, his leg was amputated without delay.
