Recently we posted this requesting and adopter for this poodle. One person posted here as well as WhatsApped asking to adopt. When we asked her to tell us about herself she became angry and abused us here as well as on WhatsApp. She also complained about the post as a violation. This MDDB page has received a warning which has pushed us lower in the feed. We cannot understand the logic behind the need to shut down our page and put the 400 dogs under our care in trouble simply because a potential adopter became angry because we asked her some questions. The post has also been removed by Facebook.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
