这一个礼拜多来因Woofy癌症复发，我们忙碌且十分悲痛 (eng ver 👇🏻)
一直告诉自己要快点振作起来，尽快告知大家这个消息 ……..
我们的小勇士Woofy已于星期六 (6/8) 傍晚4.45pm离世，孩子解脱不再受苦了
他在一周多前打了化疗针后，出现不良反应，呕吐，且没有胃口吃东西，一直在住院吊水
医生建议需换化疗药物，但很多药物目前在马来西亚已受管制，在国内找不到适合的药物
加上这一次癌症复发和反扑恶化的速度非常快，他根本等不到继续做第二轮化疗的机会 …
后续Woofy出现了肺炎情况，证实癌细胞已扩散到肺部，本来消肿的淋巴硬块也都肿了起来，器官指数、血检报告统统不过关
离世的前一天，他终于自己愿意进食，姐姐陪着他吃完了一碗清蒸鸡肉片
告诉他，「加油，等你好了我们一起回家」
隔天诊所紧急通知，他体内出血，数次吐血和泄血
看着他两只后脚都肿起来，都是插针的印迹
虽然最后虚弱没力气了，但还是努力和家人摇了两下尾巴，用尽力气翻肚搓背，那是他撒娇的惯常动作，没有人不心碎痛哭
小朋友住院期间一直非常想回家，离世后家人带着他回家，过后才载往园区火化，他终于回家了
感激谢谢每一位朋友对他的祈福和帮助
相信很多人都是自2016年他还是个小宝宝时，就关注他至今
小朋友这一生短短且多苦难，但安慰的是他也得到了满满的爱，这一趟路程他从不孤单
愿你去到了更好的地方

We have been busy and grieving for the recurrence of Woofy’s cancer for the past week.
We told ourselves to cheer up and tell everyone the news as soon as possible …
Our little warrior Woofy passed away on Saturday (6/8) at 4.45pm, the boy is free from suffering now.
After receiving the latest chemotherapy injections more than a week ago, he developed adverse reactions, vomited, and had no appetite to eat. He had been hospitalized since then.
The vet suggested that the chemo drugs need to be changed, but many drugs are currently controlled in Malaysia, and no suitable drugs can be found in the country.
Coupled with the very fast rate of cancer recurrence this time, he couldn’t even wait for the opportunity to continue the second round of chemotherapy …
Woofy developed pneumonia later, which confirmed that the cancer cells had spread to his lungs, his lymph nodes were swollen again, the organ and blood test reports are all not good.
The day before his death, he was finally willing to eat by himself, his family accompanied him to finish a bowl of steamed chicken slices and tell him, “good boy, let’s go back home together when you’re recovered.”
The next day the clinic urgently notified him that he had internal bleeding and vomited blood several times.
Seeing that both his hind feet were swollen, they were all traces of needles.
Although he was weak in the end, he still tried his best to wag his tail twice with his family, and turned his stomach and rubbed his back. This is his usual act of asking for belly rubs, it was extremely heartbreaking.
Woofy wanted to go home so badly during the hospitalization. After his death, his family took him home, then only sent to our shelter for cremation. He finally returned home.
Thank you for all of the prayers and help from every friend. We believe many of you have been following him since he was a baby back in 2016.
Woofy’s life is short and difficult, but it’s a great comfort that he has also received a lot of love, and he is never alone on this journey.
May you go to a better place, physically abled, running happily and healthily now.

Not only Woofy, but there are also many senior shelter dogs who have recently suffered from cancer, serious illness, underwent major surgery, etc. We are overloaded that we’re unable to notify Woofy’s latest condition in a timely manner. Our sincere apologies to everyone.
