⚠️ Upsetting images ⚠️ Just over three months ago now, Serapis arrived in our care in desperate need of help. After being bitten by another dog, Serapis has been left with a deep wound on her back that had worsened over time. By the time she was rescued the wound had become infested with maggots, and was causing her a severe amount of pain and distress. 😟

With your help, we were able to provide Serapis with the urgent medical care she needed. It took a couple of months, but Serapis has now recovered from her injury.

Being twelve years old, it’s likely that Serapis would have never had a home of her own before. Every day on the streets was likely a struggle, and in the end her life was left in the balance.

Thankfully, Serapis won’t have to return to the streets. Instead, she will spend the rest of her life here at Soi Dog in safety and comfort. 🧡
