【如何记录成绩?】
在挑战日期的那个月内，可使用任何的跑步/计步App，或拍下跑步机上的记录，您可以一次过跑完5.20KM 或 6824步，或是分好几次来累积里数，再把所有记录screenshot证明发给我们，证实您成功挑战，我们会在挑战期限结束后把奖品邮寄给您
除了跑步，您也可和狗狗一起散步、在家中跳绳、上下楼梯、原地跑等等的运动来记录步数完成挑战哟 ~

✨🏃【Run! I Love Stray! 】520 Charity Virtual Run✨🏃
Run for the 3,000+ rescued homeless animals, after deducting the manufacturing costs, 100% of your profit from the registration fee will be used to buy food for the furries 🐱🐶
Through this event we hope more people can pay attention to the strays and love them 🙏

⚠️How to record your results?⚠️
During the challenge month, you can use any running/step-counting app, or take photos of the records on the treadmill. You can complete 5.20KM or 6824 steps in one pass, or several times to accumulate miles, and then send the screenshot record to us.
After verifying that you have successfully completed 5.20KM or 6824 steps, we will mail the prize to you after the challenge period ends.
Participants are allowed to complete the run with a cumulative total of number of steps & distance (suggested activities – walk with your doggie, jogging in place, do up and down laps on your staircase, jumping ropes & etc)

In order to feed the more than 3,000 mouths in our no-kill shelter, our monthly food expenses are as high as RM140,000!
(2400 bags of 15KG dog food needed per month)
