The cruelty he suffered is just unbelievable 💔. Phila was locked in a cage for two whole years before someone reached out to us for urgent help. He had someone who took care of him, but they never thought of setting him free… This sweet boy was forced to sit in the same position for years, and his back legs gradually started to become atrophic.

If it wasn’t for a kind animal lover who just walked past Phila’s cage and saw him in discomfort, he would probably still be there 😥💔. Phila is now safe at our shelter, receiving the supportive care he needs, and the love he deserves.
