There’s so much to be said about LittleBear, and no one says it better than Curtis who was his very first friend at the shelter. Curtis and his team worked closely with LittleBear after his arrival in 2019, helping to rebuild his fractured trust in people and prepare him for adoption.

Here, Curtis tells LittleBear’s remarkable story – from his rescue after being slashed with a machete, to his months of physical and emotional recovery, to his transformation into the amazing boy he is today. This is LittleBear’s letter of recommendation, and we hope it reaches the right family.

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals.
