Yes, why cant we have stray cats that we feed near us fixed, vaccinated, deflea-ed & dewormed together with a sensible & practical shelter.
The neighbourhood will note and in time appreciate and understand the issue and will
co-operate to solve the stray animal welfare with harmony in the community.
