Taonaraks Furrytailending Proves That Blind Dogs S..

Taonarak’s furrytailending proves that blind dogs see with their hearts and sense love with their souls.

Taonarak was brought to our shelter in August last year after she caught a tick-borne disease that caused her to abruptly lose her vision. The streets are no place for a blind dog, but fortunately her feeder noticed changes in her behaviour and alerted us before she could come to any harm. Taonarak adapted well to the loss of her vision and refused to let it bring her spirits down.

During her short time with us, Taonarak wore a permanent smile that charmed our staff to no end and, in October, she managed to charm her way into the home of a couple from Chonburi in east Thailand. 🇹🇭

Taonarak, now Luna, loves being around her mum and dad. Living up to her name – which means “super cute” in Thai – she likes to jump into their laps for cuddles and eventually fall asleep on them.❤️ She also loves watching TV (despite her blindness), giving her paws when she wants their attention, going for walks at the nearby park, swimming supervised in the pool, taking trips to the beach and matching outfits with her dad.

“We can’t thank you enough for giving us the opportunity to welcome such a fantastic family member like Taonarak (now Luna). Luna may be blind, disabled or whatever people call her, but for us she is perfect. We never stop having fun together.” – Luna’s mum and dad.❤️
