From The Puppies, To The Teenagers To The Senior D..

‘From the puppies, to the teenagers to the senior dogs, they all show fear, sadness, playfulness and happiness within just one day.

A day in a life of a Soi Dog [rescue] is an emotional rollercoaster and I’m privileged to be a part of it.’

This is how our returning and long term volunteer Nola from Australia 🇦🇺 described what it’s like to be at Soi Dog’s sanctuary in Phuket.

When you volunteer with street dogs who have had led lives completely different to any other rescue dog you’ve ever met, you instantly start to see their fear, joy as well as their very different personalities. And the more time you spend with them you notice how they start building bonds, letting go of their fears and appreciating their many quirks.

Our dogs (and cats) are immensely lucky to have volunteers like Nola who keep coming back to give more of their love to these rescues.

We hope you will be one of the people our dogs and cats have the privilege of meeting too, this year. 🧡
