Shanti joined the SPCA 16 years ago. Being a frontliner meant that she is the first person everyone interacts with when contacting SPCA. From emergency rescues to enquiries, Shanti has managed them all. Watch her video as she shares more about how she stays dedicated throughout the years, and what we can do to be kinder to our silent heroes on the frontline.
