特别感谢热心发起的老师Jacques，他还带了只有六个月大的儿子来，这应该是我们园区有史以来年纪最小的访客了 🥰

师生们还积极的计划为残疾毛孩们建造适合园区粗地使用的超坚固轮椅 (因为我们购买的轮椅时常很快就会损坏 … 🥲

One day volunteer 💖

We’re very grateful to the teachers and students from Shattuck-St Mary’s Forest City Int School who recently came to our shelter to volunteer for a day 🙏

Special thanks to the teacher Jacques who initiated the trip. He also brought his baby son who is only six months old. This should be the youngest visitor ever in our shelter 😁

The teachers and students are also actively trying to build super-sturdy wheelchairs suitable for rough use in the shelter for the disabled furkids (because the wheelchairs we buy often quickly get damaged…

Thank you all! We hope that more people will take action to help reduce the population of strays and pass on the proper knowledge of animal protection together.

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
