Carson was brought to Soi Dog in 2019 after being hit and injured by cars on two separate occasions. Amazingly, his recovery was a speedy one, and after just a few weeks of treatment and rest, he was out of the hospital and charming staff and volunteers with his affectionate, goofy and playful personality!

Despite his ability to put a smile on anyone’s face, Carson somehow struggled to find a forever home… that was until an adopter in Canada got in touch with us earlier this year searching for a dog who would enjoy long walks, hikes and trips to the parks. Our adoptions team couldn’t think of a better fit than Carson.

In June, after two years at the shelter, Carson flew to Toronto to start his #furrytailending life. Now named Sima, his adopter tells us he’s a quick learner who’s adjusted well to his new home. He loves his walks and is always eager to play, just like the classic Carson we knew at Soi Dog! He’s the perfect companion, says his adopter.
