1+ year old ginger male cat, classic tabby pattern, wandered into a house compound in Free School Road, Penang area on Tue 2Feb2021. Wears a green collar and appears to have been out and about for a while; he was very hungry. The cat is very calm and rather chatty. The house environment is not suited to keeping cats as there are dogs around, but the house owner has committed to keeping him for a few days for the cat owner to step forward and claim.
