It surely has been an intense 10-days of learning, rich interactions, active teamwork and fun for all participants of the Water Vanguards Challenge 2020. The participants’ enthusiasm, insightful views and well researched submissions of the assigned mini challenges were absolutely amazing!

With the close of this virtual challenge on 23 December 2020, we are delighted to announce the winners. The Semenyih Salvators from the University of Nottingham Malaysia emerged the top team followed by Aquatect from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and Road to Heaven from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman in the second and third places. Elixir from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Geng Air from Universiti Malaya and Water Babies also from UPM took the consolation spots. The most active participant was awarded to Ms Poorani Kannan from USM.

To all participants, WWF-Malaysia hopes that youths such as yourselves will become the voice and catalyst to drive actions for the nation’s sustainable water resources.
