ADOPTION SPOTLIGHT: JAY

Jay was rescued at 4 months old in January 2019 due to a severe skin problem. He was found to have sensitive skin and flea allergy dermatitis, and lost fur all over his body.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

To protect him from his allergy, he is required to take a monthly preventative medication that costs ~$20 a month. Alternatively, he will have to be in an environment with zero fleas. His skin condition is genetic and not contagious.

Due to Jay’s condition, he’s not suitable for release as a community cat. Now at 2 years of age, this sweet and friendly ginger boy is ready for his forever home!
