His Excellency Mr. Dag Juhlin-Dannfelt, Ambassador of Sweden to Malaysia, visited our office today to learn about WWF-Malaysia’s sustainability journey with the government and private sector towards environmental conservation. Malaysia is an important country towards combating global warming. With the 50% pledge of forest cover throughout the country, Malaysia’s forests form important jigsaw puzzles in absorbing global emissions of carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen.

The discussion also touched on potential collaboration between Swedish companies in Malaysia with WWF-Malaysia on their sustainability initiatives.
