Serafin: “My previous cat passed recently due to kidney failure and I longed for another companion. At SPCA, Hestir was the most enthusiastic towards me and that’s how I brought her home.

Looking after a pet is similar to looking after a child. As long as there is love and room in your heart, you will make time to care for them regardless of work and other commitments. One thing’s for sure: she is a source of fun, love and joy.

With experience, I have grown to be a better cat mommy and I can apply all I’ve learnt in caring for Hestir. Her favourite food seems to be salmon and, like many cats, she is afraid of loud noises. She is gentle or playful depending on her mood!”
