Rescues are well conditioned in health and being including behaviour before they are put up for adoption to good homes.Non rehomable wards live through the days with us. The old and very young , post surgeries, nursing animals and their babes, handicappped, the sick and terminal patients and the cats are at our 24/7 rehab centre. The young and fitter dogs dwell in our main shelter an hour away.

Presently, we have 131 dogs under our care ; of which 105 are above 9 to 17 years old, 5 puppies and 21 youngsters.

We have 38 cats; 13 are above 10 to 16 years old, 2 kittens below 6 months and 23 adults.

Our dependents turned us into a geriatric shelter. Senior animals’ needs are no different from us. Starting with dry eyes to arthritis and joints problems. Next comes the heart and kidneys, even dementia, cancer and many more.

The Ability to walk is paramount. Ailments and other diseases and frightening pressure points creep in when they cannot walk. Expensive quality joint supplements are indispensable.

We have been brought to our knees and need help to continue our community service to this cause.
