Warning Graphic Images. For Homeless Cats Like Dar..

WARNING: GRAPHIC IMAGES

For homeless cats like Daron, life can change in a single moment.

This gorgeous grey tabby lived on the streets for four years, and he got by just fine. The kind lady who brought him in described him as a community cat who was loved and fed by the locals in her area.

But then one day, Daron came back at feeding time with a truly shocking open fracture to his right front leg. His bones were protruding out, and his paw was hanging limply off what remained of his limb. No one knows what caused such a dramatic injury, but it was clear Daron needed help, and he needed it fast.

Daron will need an awful lot of care and treatment going forward. Please consider joining our Care for Cats Club today so that Daron and many more cats can be rescued and saved from suffering: https://links.soidog.org/give-a-gift-of-life

To fend off infection, Daron’s finder treated his horrible wound with a purple antibacterial spray – giving his fur the temporary violent tinge you see here – and then rushed him to us. Sadly, because of the severity of Daron’s injuries, our vets had no option but to amputate his leg. But we are very glad to tell you that he is now recovering at our cat hospital, and we will update you on his condition soon.

Daron is one of over 150 cats currently receiving treatment in our hospital who, through no fault of their own, have found themselves, sick, injured and suffering. Will you do something amazing and give a gift for them today? They really do need your help: https://links.soidog.org/give-a-gift-of-life
