Its illegal to let unleashed dogs even with licenses to roam free out of your residence perimeters . By that , irresponsible owners broke the law and the poor dog will loose its life for your unlawful act .

Moreover , fed unneutered dogs will generate more unwanted litters which will attract faster removal n thus death .
