Help Stop The Horror In Hanoi!

We very much welcome this move to draft a directive to stop illegal trading and consumption of wildlife in Vietnam. https://links.soidog.org/Wildlife-Trading-in-Vietnam-at-halt

But with dog and cat meat stalls common at wet markets, we strongly urge the Vietnamese authorities to include companion animals in the directive, making the trade and consumption of dog and cat meat illegal too.

As part of Soi Dog Foundation’s campaign in Hanoi, we are asking Formula 1 to use their influence to push for an end to the dog meat trade there. Their inaugural Grand Prix in the city, scheduled for April, has become just one of the many thousand sporting events to be postponed or cancelled under strict global guidelines now in force. While the world grinds to a halt, the killing and consumption of thousands of dogs and cats continues unabated.

We need 1.5 million signatures on the petition letter that we will deliver to Formula 1. Help us seize the opportunity to put an end to this by signing the letter now. In unprecedented times, and with the human race struggling to contain and control this very real threat, together we can hopefully see some good come from all of this’.

Please take 30 seconds to sign the letter insisting Formula 1 organisers use their influence to push for an end to Vietnam’s dog meat trade.
