Can You Help Me Find A Home In The USA?

Hello there! Or should I say howdy? My name’s Lumix, and I’m writing this from Dallas, Texas.

I was originally rescued by Soi Dog in Phuket, Thailand after they found me in the local government dog pound with a broken leg. The vets decided to amputate as my leg was almost paralysed, and I had to drag it behind me in order to get around.

It wasn’t long after my recovery that I found my forever home in Texas, USA. But unfortunately, my family’s circumstances have since changed, so I’m looking for a home again.

They call me Lumix because I’m such a photogenic and handsome boy. But there’s more to me than that. I’m also affectionate, energetic and loyal. My current family say I’m bright and learn quickly too, whether that’s housetraining, learning to sit or walking on a lead. A reward of wet food or string cheese (my favourite) for learning new tricks is always gratefully received!

I don’t ask for much, just a best friend to curl up on the couch with after a long day of running, playing and squirrel watching.

I have already made the long journey to Texas, so I would love to find a family somewhere in the States. I would do best in a home where I’m your one and only four – well, three – legged friend. But don’t let that put you off. With all the love I have to give, I will make it feel like a full house!

Will you offer me a place where I can finally settle down?
