This Is Prakiart. She Arrived At The Soi Dog Shelt..

This is Prakiart. She arrived at the Soi Dog shelter with a deep, horrible wound.

A wire had been tied around her neck. It had slowly dug into her skin, nearly choking this poor girl. Shockingly, this is the second of such cases within a week. Because of kind animal lovers like you we were able to rescue this poor girl and are now giving her the care and love she needs. Please, join our Emergency Response Team and enable us to rescue more dogs like Prakiart: https://links.soidog.org/help-animals-like-Praikart

Who knows how long this sweet and innocent girl had been wandering around in utter pain as this wire dug deeper and deeper into her neck. When our vets finally managed to remove the wire, they found that it had nearly cut into Prakiart’s trachea. She was rescued in the nick of time. Much longer, and that wire would have literally choked her to death.

We do not know if an ignorant owner left this wire on her or if someone did this on purpose. Given that Prakiart is also somewhat shy, we can only imagine what other horrors she may have suffered before she was rescued.

However, with some time and TLC, we aim to convince her that she is now safe and can begin to trust people.

Her beautiful eyes and inquisitive nature melt our hearts. We are hopeful that she will make a full recovery, not just in body but also in mind.

Please, take action today to save the souls who have no hope without you: https://links.soidog.org/help-animals-like-Praikart

Your support ensures that we not only have the resources to rescue dogs like Prakiart, but that we can continue our education initiatives to create awareness and increase knowledge on animal welfare amongst local communities.
