Remember Anfield? She was an accident victim rescued from Sungai Buloh after someone noticed her lying in the same spot for days. We took her to Gasing which referred her to Yeoh Veterinary Clinic due to the extensive nature of her fractures. She had fractured all her legs as well as her pelvis. Anfield also had a wound on her side which was infected all the way up to the muscle. Yeoh gave an estimated bill of RM10,000 which was raised. At the end of her stay at the veterinary clinic, Anfield’s bill came up to RM14,794.30. She is good as new new and discharged. The plate that was inserted into her leg and pelvis has also been removed and she has to go back in for stitch removal next week. Anfield has also been vaccinated and spayed. This is the guarantee you get when you send injured dogs to veterinary facilities that are known to have expertise in treating specific injuries. Doggo’s only tragedy now is that she will probably have to live the rest of her life with the name of a football stadium. Thank you all for helping us help Anfield who is up for adoption.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
