Ipoh Town Council worked together with ISPCA once again to catch stray and send to vet for TNR(M). However we realise two of the strays has markings on ear (indicating that they’re neutered) but after continuous scanning on their bodies, there was no microchips found inside, and no collar and number plate on them.
Finally, we decided to reinsert microchips and give them new red collar and number plates, and release them back to where they come from. Volunteers will check on them and feed them regularly.
After two years of TNR(M) in Ipoh, the number of strays in three different areas has been under control.
We hope that more citizens and residential areas can accept and support TNR(M). Before you want to end a stray’s life, we hope that you can contact us and we will help you. Let’s give the strays one more chance to live.
怡保市政厅执法组再次和 ISPCA 配合当地义工扑捉当地流浪狗送去兽医所进行(TNRM)流浪狗节育计划 ，但我们发现其中2只小浪耳朵已被做了(节育)记号，但我们反复扫描牠们身体，沒有发现晶片也沒有颈帶和号牌。
最终我们也在牠们身上重新注植晶片和配帶红色颈帶与号牌，然后回放原地让当地义工监督和喂养牠们。
TNR(M) 在怡保推行将近两年，已经有三个住宅区的流浪狗数量得有效的控制。
我们希望有更多的市民或住宅小区的管理员能支持这个人道主义的节育流浪狗节育计划，在你打算毒杀/伤害或完全沒更好主意之前，可以联络我们一起探讨，让这些可怜的小动物能有多一次生存的机会
