三年前Woofy是个在工地流浪的小浪浪

活了下来

那是我们见过最严重的意外

也是我们遇过最顽强的生命

不管是少了一只手、还是少了一只脚

在我们心中，每个毛小孩都拥有最完整和纯洁的心灵，应被平等看待和对待

不要以 “不完美” 来定义它们

我们没这个资格

希望更多人愿意弯下腰

为残疾毛孩付出，或选择领养它们

没有生命应该被放弃

我们希望的，是更多人愿意为它们坚持下去

Woofy, our rescued dog who lost both of his hands in an accident, turns three years old this year. Happy birthday, baby 🎂🍻🎉

Time is passing too fast, Woofy is one year older. He’s still the very cheerful and healthy boy.

Three years back, Woofy was a little 2 months old stray loitering at a construction site, he found severely injured and almost lost his life. Both of his front legs were crushed by the excavator, he was suffering in great pain and misery until we rescued him.

That’s the most serious accident we have ever seen and he is also the most tenacious life we ​​have ever encountered.

Whether it is one hand or one leg missing, every furkid has the most complete and pure heart and should be treated equally.

Don’t define disabled furkids as “imperfect”. We don’t have the right to do so. We hope more people are willing to help, care, or even adopt disabled furkids.

No life should be given up easily. We do hope that more people will continue and persevere to do what they know is right for our furry friends.

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
