Meet Nabby. Nabby Is One Of Our Youngest And Newes..

Meet Nabby 💚

Nabby is one of our youngest and newest residents! His name was given to him by a previous manager – and comes from Nako (his roommate) + baby = Nabby 💚💚 He came to the shelter at the end of June this year and just 6 weeks later, two volunteers arrived at LASSie, fell in love with him and decided to adopt him.

He remains at the shelter for now until his adoptive parents finish their travels in January 2020 (but they’ll be visiting him twice in the meantime!)

He is an extremely energetic, playful and loving dog! Always smiling and brightening up the place. He will be sorely missed, but we will be happy to see him in his forever home in the Netherlands 🏡

The Langkawi Animal Shelter and Sanctuary Foundation is set-up to receive, rehabilitate and care for neglected, abused and needy animals. The organization also runs the Langkawi Island Animal Clinic - a charity project aimed at the sterilization of the stray cat & dog population. Both are non profit ventures, staffed partly by volunteers and aimed at improving the lives of unwanted animals.
