ISPCA hopes that the local government (Langkawi) can reconsider such tax law, as the innocent pets will be hurt by such selfish acts.

恳请当地(浮罗交怡)政府请三思这项税令，因为最终受到伤害的还是那些无辜的动物。

Local government latest price for pet dog license has skyrocketed from RM5 to RM100.

当地政府最新的家犬执照收费由 RM5 提高到 RM 100，升幅度是20倍。
