This was the shocking scene that Odessa saw while driving around Port Area, Manila this lunchtime. There was a man butchering a dog along the road side. Thanks to her quick thinking, she stopped her car and called Major Jhun Ibay of the Manila Police District to report what she saw. MPD responded immediately and arrested the suspect on the spot.

It was only after she reported that she posted ion social media. Good job, Odessa!
