ISPCA waas invited to attend this event organized and arranged by Dato Patrick Ooi. It is a sharing session among Animal Protection NGOs in Malaysia and Hong Kong.

≪跨国爱狗非政府组织与香港世界爱狗协会NGO交流会≫。
This sharing session among all these Animal Protection NGOs is attended by ISPCA (Ipoh), 4 Paws, Cat Beach & SOS (Penang), Animal Saver Hong Kong, World Dog Alliance (Hong Kong). The aim is to share on the understanding of strays and how to prevent these fur kids from being captured and put to sleep, and how to reduce the stray population using the most humane way.
1) ISPCA has shared on the implementation of TNR(M) Program in Ipoh and up until now, there are already 1500 strays that are sent under TNR(M) program. Furthermore, the implementation has already gotten support from Ipoh City Council.
2) As for World Dog Alliance from Hong Kong, they have shared on their idea and support on banning the eating of dogs. It was shared that in Asia, there are approximately 30,000,000 dogs that are being eaten.
3) SOS from Penang has already helped to neuter about 3,000 stray dogs in Penang.
4) 4Paws stated that dogs are men’s best friend and helped in different field, for example, in police force, they helped to search for hidden drugs.

一场跨国爱狗非政府组织交流会将由怡保 : ISPCA，槟城 ：4PAWS, CAT BEACH & SOS，香港保护动物协会 与 世界爱犬联盟 联谊交流。
让大家分享各自对流浪狗的认识和如何阻止这些无辜的小生命再次面对不必要的捕捉。以人道方式达至零流浪狗目标。
1) 由 ISPCA 向各个NGO 讲解 怡保的 TNRM 情况 (扑捉，绝育，回放，管理的理念，至今超过1500隻有晶片的小浪回放街头，并且 ISPCA (TNRM) 已得到怡保市政局的支持信函 (Surat sokongan)。
2) ( 香港)世界爱犬联盟推广该会的理念 [文明立法，禁食狗肉]。(特注)亚洲毎年约有30,000,000狗被人类吃掉。
3) SOS已経为槟城绝育了3000隻流浪狗。
4）4PAWS 表示狗狗是人类之友和救援人员。
