Juturna’s story will stay with us for a long time. Do you remember this little boy? He was found with one of his front legs partially hacked off and yet, he continually wagged his tail and gave us kisses. Please help desperate animals like him! We can’t even begin to imagine how much Juturna was suffering or how he managed to hide it. We don’t know what happened to him or how part of his leg came to be missing. He may have caught it in a wild boar snare – still widely found in Thailand – or he may have been deliberately attacked.

This poor little boy needed urgent surgery to remove what was left of his leg and end his unbearable suffering. It simply wouldn’t have been possible without the kind people who donated to fund his treatment and thanks to them, he has now made a wonderful recovery!
