FOSSIL, FOREVER MY #1

We are always happy to receive updates from owners who adopted their pets from us. Hence, we were delighted to receive a paw-sitive review from a cat owner who adopted one of our longer-staying residents, Fossil the cat, two months ago.

As a first-time cat owner, she appreciated how our shelter staff members helped introduce her to a cat which would best match her lifestyle. They recommended Fossil, an eight-year-old adult cat who came to SPCA in 2016. Fossil loves human company, but is independent and comfortable even when left alone. It was definitely a good match as he is now the owner’s #1 cat for life!

We understand potential adopters usually only look out for puppies or kittens to adopt as they are deemed to be at the cutest stage of their lives. However, we urge for adopters to consider adult animals too as they do have a lot to offer, and will surely be your friend for life.
