早前与我们开会过的公正党新山市地不佬区(JB Tebrau)国会议员YB Steven 钟少云, 履行了他的承诺，把流浪毛孩的声音正式带到国会，要求政府正视问题。我们终于等到了这一天，感谢YB说到做到 #为毛孩发声，让毛孩的声音可以被政府听见!

目前YB正在邀约各位爱毛孩人士、动保人士和非政府组织商策，有了策略后方可采取行动，为毛孩争取、并确保毛孩能得到应有的人道待遇。

我们在此呼吁爱毛孩的大家，请大大力支持YB这项提案！拜托各位踊跃参与，与YB配合，提供有建设性的意见！越多人为毛孩发声，声音才会更响亮，清楚地被政府听见！毛孩的未来就掌握在你我手中，以后毛孩们吃饭还是吃粥，就看这一次了💪💪💪

YB Steven Choong Shao Yun from Parti Keadilan Rakyat (member of Parliament representing Tebrau, Johor Bahru) who had met with us earlier, has honored his promise and officially brought the voice of the stray animals to Parliament, asking the government to face the issues of stray animals, and take it seriously . We’ve waited for this day too long; finally it came to us now! Thank you YB for being a man of his word, voicing up for the furkids, allowing their voice to be heard by the government!

YB Steven is currently inviting animal lovers, animal welfare activists and NGOs to discuss on ideas and proposals. Actions can only be taken only with an actual proposal, in order for the furkids to fight for their rights, and ensuring these stray furkids will get the humane treatment they deserve.

We are here to appeal to all animal lovers, please support the YB Steven proposal! Please join and cooperate with YB Steven to provide constructive ideas! The more people voicing out for furkids, the louder the sound to be clearly heard by the government! The future of the furkids now lies in your hands. Will these stray furkids’ lives going to be the better or worse, this is going to be the decisive moment for them.

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
