Neutering Aid For 3 Dogs In Balakong (Chong Ming Li’s)

Dear Dr Chan,

Hope this email finds you well. I’d like to apply for neutering aid for spaying 3 female puppies. A mother dog came over and gave birth to 9 female puppies 5 months ago. Out of these 9 puppies 4 died and we’ve managed to rehome 2 of the puppies. We sent the puppies to the clinic for the spaying procedure last Saturday. The puppies have been dewormed and vaccinated as well. Please find attached the picture taken before and after surgery. I will send over the receipt and Myanimalcare neutering aid form to you via Pos Express tomorrow.  I hope that this application will be approved and do let me know if you need any further information from me.
