In a world of worsening water risks, business as usual spells ruin. Already 2.5 billion people live in water-scarce regions. And this number is rising fast. Excellent new United Nations and World Bank bank report calls for urgent action. We need to double investment in green infrastructure, increase protection for rivers & wetlands, focus on preparing for disasters.
