Neutering Aid For 2 Cats In Kuantan (Hakimah Bt Ismail�s)

I’m writing to apply for spaying aid for two female cats. Doraemon was a stray cat that i always fed behind my house and at one time being chased by a big lizards (biawak). Lilo was rescued when she was found abandoned alone near at the busy main road. Both cats are at Kuantan. So, i decided to keep them and be part of my family.
