Be responsible pet owner

While we were busy cleaning the kennels this morning, an irresponsible person threw these puppies of less than a week into our ground. The puppies barely open their eyes and require their mother’s milk. We dont have any lactating bitch at our shelter, if any of you have one, please let us know.

To the person whom dumped these puppies over our fences, please SPAY your bitch! If not, how many times do you want to commit such sins?
