CAT LOVEBUGS HAVE FREE TRAVEL FROM TURKEY
WHO CAN WELCOME THEM HOME?
“The Beggar siblings were born on the school ground across the street from me in August 2014 and recently celebrated their third birthday,” rescuer Manuela Wroblewski explains. “Originally there were five kittens, but as the life in the streets is very dangerous, the other three were tragically hit by cars shortly after becoming independent. So was their street-wise dad who passed his crossed-eyed trait onto the two Beggars. In the fall of 2014 both, sister and brother, found my window and settled there. In 2015 both were sterilized and have never left this apartment complex since then. Unfortunately the care taker of this place often chases them, I caught him a number of times, and so do kids and sometimes other adults who rent here. Both cats also had to endure several stones thrown at them in the past. This reflects why both are still a bit nervous to this day.”
“I am convinced that the Beggars can become social and friendly with a bit of patience,” Manuela continues. “The Beggars as both are so very faithful and beg for their breakfast and dinner in a very cute way. Both are very bonded, which is why they need to stay together. “
The Harmony Fund had shared this brother and sister pair several months ago and an Arizona animal lover had planned to adopt them. She raised $600 for their travel, but was forced to change plans due to personal circumstances. Those funds are still available so the Beggars can have a free ride to the USA or Canada. We simply need to find the right person to care for this special pair. Interested individuals may send a private message to Manuela at https://www.facebook.com/manuela.wroblewski1
